The firm also needed help maintaining its own digital marketing presence and staying at the forefront of evolving web technologies.
Solution
Since 2019, I’ve partnered with the Bryan Potter Design team as a Digital Projects Manager, serving as the bridge between design vision, client goals, and technical execution. I oversee project lifecycles—from early discovery and scoping through vendor selection, development management, and final delivery. I source appropriate software solutions, hire and manage developers, and maintain clear communication with clients throughout production.
