STIIIZY

A creative‑operations transformation project that turned an overextended design studio into an organized, scalable, and highly productive in‑house agency.

Challenge

When I joined STIIIZY, the internal creative department lacked clear workflows, communication pathways, and project‑management systems. Rapid growth and an expanding national presence demanded a new structure and leadership to support both creative quality and delivery speed.

Solution

As Senior Design Project Manager, I introduced standardized operating systems across creative and marketing teams, integrating Agile and Holacracy methodologies to clarify roles, communication, and accountability. I evaluated resourcing needs, established cross‑functional review cycles, and coordinated the hiring, onboarding, and mentorship of designers, photographers, and freelancers. These new systems gave the team consistent visibility into timelines, priorities, and capacity, directly improving output and collaboration.

Key Roles

  • Process Design:  Implemented new workflow strategies and project‑management tools, increasing creative output by over 50 percent.

  • Team Growth:  Expanded the design organization from 8 to 20+ members, building a scalable structure for future campaigns.

  • Operational Leadership:  Established best practices for communication and approvals across marketing, packaging, and production teams.

  • Culture Building:  Created a more transparent, supportive work environment that allowed creatives to thrive amid rapid organizational change.

Impact

The new systems elevated the team’s efficiency, accountability, and morale, turning STIIIZY’s creative department into a high‑performing in‑house agency recognized company‑wide for reliability and craft. The transformation positioned the team to sustain growth and deliver brand consistency across product categories and campaigns. Ultimately, allowing new brands and products to be quickly brought to market.
